To access an Open Campus online course, you must first log in to The Learning Exchange.
You can do this by typing the following URL in the address bar "http://www.open.uwi.edu." This will take you to the Open Campus home page.
At the top right hand corner of the page, click on the Quicklinks drop down menu.
Next select The Learning Exchange from the drop down list. This will take you to the log in page where you will be required to enter your username and password in the text fields provided.
Your username will be in the following format
For user Jane Doe the username is jane.doe
For user Jane Doe the username is jane.doe
For user Jane Doe-John the username is jane.doe-john
The password will be 19601010 on your initial attempt to log in but you will be prompted to change the password.
Once you have entered your changed password, click on the Login button.
Your name will be stated on the top right of the page, this indicates that you have logged in successfully.
To enter a particular course in the Learning Exchange, simply locate the desired course code and name and click on it. This takes you to the course home page where you can now participate and view activities for this course.
